Samuel holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University, graduating in September 2024, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2018. Before entering legal practice, Samuel built a strong foundation in the banking sector through various in-house governance and compliance roles at NAB and Bendigo Bank, including as Assistant Company Secretary to the Board.

Samuel completed his practical legal training at Leo Cussen Institute for Law. He moved to Cairns from Melbourne in 2026 and was admitted to practice later that year, bringing a practical, commercially minded approach to supporting clients. Since relocating to Cairns, Samuel has enjoyed becoming part of the local community and supporting clients across Far North Queensland.
