Rebecca is currently undertaking a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business) at James Cook University Cairns and expects graduate in March 2026 and then plans to go on to complete a Practical Legal Training Course and be admitted as a Solicitor soon afterwards.
Rebecca is an executive member of the JCU Student Law Society, taking on the role of Communications Officer in 2023 and has assumed the Treasurer role in 2024.
Rebecca’s journey into Family Law was first sparked by one of her JCU Lecturers and further affirmed after attending a Family Law CLE Event hosted by Millyard Family Lawyers. Rebecca hopes to also complete the specialised Family Law subject that JCU offers before graduating.
Rebecca is kind and compassionate, which is displayed through her interactions with clients. She handles all matters with care, respect and professionalism, and always has her client’s interests at the forefront of her work.
