Czarina Avecilla

Solicitor

Czarina graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Laws on 30 August 2022. In early 2023 she completed her Practical Legal Training at the College of Law and obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. In December 2023, Czarina was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and in 2024 was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the High Court of Australia.

Czarina joined Millyard Family Lawyers in 2022 while completing her penultimate year at university as part of her work experience placement and then moved to employment as a Paralegal later that same year. Czarina’s university studies combined with her placement and employment at Millyard Family Lawyers which focussed on family law, established her passion and commitment to a career in family law.

Czarina understands that each family law client’s circumstances are unique, and an approach tailored to the client’s circumstances is necessary to achieve the best possible outcome.

Czarina uses her legal knowledge and skills and high level of client care to effectively represent clients to find solutions to the complex challenges family law clients often face.
